Journey to Windstorm

It's been quite a while when pinoy BMX flatland riders join a competition outside Philippines. The time is now to show them that we have our own big guns. Those big guns has names; Coco and Renz. Who the hell are these guys? Haven't heard of them - probably the first thought that comes up on other rider's mind. The thing is these two fellas are low profile riders that happens to love the sport and from that people supports them. I guess humbleness and friendliness is the key that makes these two guys one of the favorites in the Pinoy flatland scene. I don't really do blogs but I hope this will help the flipcrew and members to follow the journey of our two heroes in Windstorm. Sit back relax and enjoy the ride with us from Singapore to Malaysia.

Coco and Renz reach Singapura around 1pm than reach Esplanade around 3pm. They told me they're waiting there around 2 hours and they're both freakin hungry (they could eat a cow). Good thing ma' men Aton (Ares Rider) came to meet them. I'm stuck at the office finishing my deadline. I have a submision on Friday afternoon and we have to reach the Coach Station at 4pm. My place is very far from there but we all manage to came on time. Back to Esplanade... they had a small flatland jam and photo session with Calvin, Jon and Anton at the Citylink Esplanande underground pass. It's almost 8pm I saw Coco sleeping on the granite floor. He's dying of hunger. So we go right away to Baikoken one of our favorite ramen house in the area.

After having a nice bowl of ramen we went straight to where the Merlion is. We had again a bit of photo session with the big lion blowing water on the Singapura River. I was very eager to shot them riding with the merlion as a back ground but security might catch us and we might get in trouble. O well... posing like a tourist (which they really are) will do for the moment.

After the photo session and few laughs we go back home so Coco and Renz can rest their jet-logged heads. The next day will be exciting. What will happen next... I don't know. We'll see. Ciao!
